14th Annual SUMMER Challenge 2021

Bring your U13 - U14 (08 and 07) Select Team and come play in our SUMMER Challenge.
Depending on the number of team will determine if we have separate boys and girls divisions. Games will be played on the weekends and early weeknight games. The season begins on June 19 and will end of August 7. Games will be played 6v6 on the Arena field.
The cost is $550 per team. Includes 6 games and playoffs for the top team in each division.
A $100 non-refundable deposit is required when you register. Deposit will be applied to your team fee.
Player ID Information - No form of ID, No Play, NO EXCEPTIONS
Every player registering for SUMMER 2021 season will need to show proof of identification with a form of PICTURE ID. One of the following forms of ID will be accepted.

Roster Information
All players will be required to fill out the 2021 Participation Waiver before playing. Players 17 & younger must have waiver signed by parent or guardian
All players must sign and date the team roster. Rosters are frozen at the start of the 3rd game.
At the second game, players must sign the team game card at the front desk.
Teams must have an adult/team manager (21 or older) on the bench at all times. Teams are allowed 2 Coaches and or Team Manager and they must be on the Roster.
Uniform Information
All players must have matching jerseys.
All jerseys must have a permanent number. Hand written or taped on numbers are not permitted.
Players without matching jerseys or numbers will NOT be allowed to play
