Soccer Moms

Thursday 7:30pm - 9:00pm
$85 or $15 per class

Do you watch your kids or husband from the sideline?  Play in the yard with them — but don’t know what you are doing? Register for our Soccer Mom’s Program and get in shape while learning to play SOCCER!

Our eight week SOCCER MOMS program is designed to give all woman a boost of motivation, a change of scenery and a different kind of workout than what the average woman is use to.

SOCCER MOMS will give you a full body workout that you can’t get in any gym.  We will train you like we train our youth soccer athletes.

In this program you will:

· Learn basic concepts and rules of soccer

· Do exercises to strengthen your core

· Get both aerobic and anaerobic training

· Socialize and interact with other ladies during the workout

· Play small sided games

· SWEAT!!!

Fall Session:

September 22 - November 10

** A minimum of 10 participants needed for class***

PLEASE NOTE:  We cannot make up games if we have to cancel games due to inclement weather.
